Reduction in radio fees for mobile telephony operators
Bern, 28.10.2015 - The price of the fees paid by mobile telephony operators for using microwave frequencies is set to reduce. The Federal Council gave the green light for this by approving the revision of the Ordinance on Fees in the Telecommunications Sector (OREDT). Microwave links are used to transmit mobile data between the antenna and the operator’s station without the need for a cable.
