Gross domestic product by canton in 2014 - Broad GDP growth across cantons in 2014
Neuchâtel, 28.10.2016 - (FSO) – Gross domestic product (GDP) grew in all of Switzerland's major regions between 2013 and 2014. At cantonal level, the most pronounced increases were for Appenzell Innerrhoden (3.7%), Jura (3.4%) and Basel-Land (3.3%). Zurich was the canton which contributed the most to national growth in 2014. These results are taken from initial estimates of the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
