2014 Pension Fund Statistics: final results – Occupational pension plans count 4 million insured persons for the first time
Neuchâtel, 18.01.2016 - (FSO) - The 4 million insured person mark was exceeded for the first time in 2014. 696,176 pensioners received pensions amounting to CHF 20.8 billion overall. 36,363 pensioners requested a total of CHF 6.1 billion as capital payment or partial capital payment upon retirement. These are some of the final results from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
