New Swiss ambassadors
Bern, 26.08.2015 - There is to be a change in personnel in the Swiss representations in Muscat and Skopje. The changes are taking place as part of the usual transfer rotation and on the basis of appointments made by the Federal Council. The appointment becomes effective following approval by the respective host state.
Stefano Lazzarotto, currently the head of mission in Skopje, will become the new ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Yemen, based in Muscat.
Sybille Suter Tejada, currently head of the Latin America and the Caribbean Division of the SDC in Bern, will become the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
