Newly born enterprises 2013 – Highest number of newly born enterprises since 2001
Neuchâtel, 23.06.2015 - (FSO) - A total of 12,440 new enterprises were established in 2013. This was 549 more than in 2012 (+4.6%). The newly born enterprises created 13,829 full-time and 8452 part-time jobs in 2013, in particular in education, human health and social work activities as well as in the restaurant and hotel sector. These are the latest findings from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
