Retail trade turnover in December 2023 - Swiss retail trade turnover rose in December 2023 by 0.1%
Neuchâtel, 31.01.2024 - Turnover adjusted for sales days and holidays rose in the retail sector by 0.1% in nominal terms in December 2023 compared with the previous year. Seasonally adjusted, nominal turnover fell by 0.6% compared with the previous month. A nominal minus of 0.1% was registered for 2023 (in real terms –2.0%). These are provisional findings from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
