Euclid to study the evolution of the universe over the last ten billion years: ESA online media invitation, June 23rd 2023
Bern, 21.6.2023 - The Euclid space telescope, part of the European Space Agency's mission of the same name, will be launched in early July 2023 from Cape Canaveral in Florida on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket. The mission is dedicated to cosmology: the study of the origin, nature, structure and evolution of the Universe, and will attempt to increase our knowledge of two still mysterious components, dark energy and dark matter.
