Swiss Post fulfilled its universal service mandate for payment transactions
Biel/Bienne, 01.06.2023 - Swiss Post fulfilled its universal service mandate for payment transactions in 2022. This means that, depending on the canton, 95.4% to 100% of the population can access Swiss Post's cash payment services, including home delivery, within 20 minutes on foot or by public transport. The Federal Office of Communications OFCOM has noted this in its analysis of the services provided by Swiss Post in fulfilment of its 2022 mandate, published on 1 June 2023.
