Reminder: Press conference invitation - Mobility of the population. 2021 results

Neuchâtel, 30.03.2023 - On 6 April 2023, the Federal Statistical Office (FSO) and the Federal Office for Spatial Development (ARE) will present the latest results of the 2021 Mobility and Transport Microcensus. This survey, the largest in Switzerland on the population's mobility behaviour, will answer the following questions in particular: What distances do persons residing in Switzerland cover on a daily basis? What is the purpose for their travel and what means of transport do they use? How does mobility in the urban communes differ from that of other regions? What has been the impact of COVID-19 on behaviour during the pandemic? What are the population's preferences in terms of transport policy?
