Indirect support for print media: reduction in delivery discounts for regional and local press
Bern, 16.12.2022 - In 2023, local and regional daily and weekly newspapers will benefit from a discount of 26 centimes per copy delivered by Swiss Post, i.e. three centimes less than this year. On 16 December 2022, the Federal Council set the amount allocated to subscription news-papers and periodicals. Publications issued by clubs, associations and the like will re-ceive an unchanged delivery charge discount of 18 centimes per copy.
