Secondary sector production in Switzerland grew by 4.1% in the 2nd quarter 2022
Neuchâtel, 19.08.2022 - Secondary sector production rose by 4.1% in 2nd quarter 2022 in comparison with the same quarter a year earlier. Turnover increased by 9.5%, with around half of this due to price increases. The positive growth rates in production and turnover have been uninterrupted since the 1st quarter 2021. This is shown by provisional results from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
