Payment transactions: Swiss Post has fulfilled its universal service mandate in 2021
Biel/Bienne, 09.06.2022 - Swiss Post enables at least 94% of the population in all cantons to access cash payment services within 20 minutes. In its annual analysis of the universal provision of payment services, published on 9 June 2022, the Federal Office of Communications OFCOM concludes that Swiss Post fully meets the requirements set by the Federal Council. OFCOM also notes that Swiss Post customers are increasingly using digital solutions for their financial transactions.
