Residential property prices fell by 0.1% in 1st quarter 2021
Neuchâtel, 18.05.2021 - The Swiss residential property price index (IMPI) fell in the 1st quarter 2021 compared with the previous quarter by 0.1% and stands at 103.1 points (4th quarter 2019 = 100). Compared with the same quarter of the previous year, inflation was 3.9%. These are some the results from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
