Revision of the Telecommunications Act ordinances
Bern, 18.11.2020 - On 18 November 2020 the Federal Council approved the revised implementing provisions of the Telecommunications Act (TCA). The amendment of the ordinances became necessary following the partial revision of the TCA, which was adopted by Parliament on 22 March 2019. The amendments largely concern technical aspects but also provide better protection for consumers.
