Social media are becoming more important for opinion-forming

Biel/Bienne, 29.09.2020 - Social networks and journalistic online media are playing an increasing part in shaping people's opinions in Switzerland. This is particularly true for the French-speaking population and for younger people. This is one of the conclusions reached by Media Monitor Switzerland for 2019 published by OFCOM on 29 September 2020.
