Secondary sector production still rising but turnover on the decline
Neuchâtel, 25.05.2020 - Secondary sector production rose by 0.8% in the 1st quarter 2020 in comparison with the same quarter a year earlier. At –0,4%, turnover declined for the first time in three years. The negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic have impacted on the results of February and March. This is shown by provisional results from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
