New provisions concerning the accessibility of post offices and postal agencies
Bern, 30.11.2018 - The Federal Council is improving the accessibility of post offices and postal agencies and the accessibility of cash payment services. To this end, the Federal Council approved a corresponding partial revision of the Postal Services Ordinance on 30 November 2018. The amendments take into account the recommendations of the Working Group on the universal service in postal services set up by Federal Councillor Doris Leuthard. The new provisions will enter into force on 1 January 2019.
