Cablecom may switch off U1 TV
Biel-Bienne, 19.12.2007 - Cablecom is not obliged to transmit the analogue programme service U1 TV on its cable network. The Federal Office of Communications came to the conclusion, after examining the entire U1 TV programmes service, that the conditions for the "must carry" obligation are not fulfilled.
