Philippe Hersant acquires share of TVm3
Biel-Bienne, 21.12.2005 - The Federal Council has authorised the E.S.H. Group, belonging to Philippe Hersant, to acquire a 35% share in the language region TV station TVm3. On 2 July 2003 TVm3 was awarded a license for a French-speaking music programme; the broadcaster is the only private TV station in French-speaking Switzerland with a Swiss license which covers an entire language region.
