Switzerland provides further funding to support people in Sudan and neighbouring countries
Bern, 4.10.2023 - The humanitarian situation in Sudan has deteriorated significantly amid the ongoing fighting. More than 5.3 million people have fled their homes, with a million seeking refuge in neighbouring countries. As a result, Switzerland is providing a further 5 million francs to support Sudan, South Sudan and Chad.
