ComCom approves the commercial transfer of the mobile radio licences as part of the planned takeover of Sunrise by Liberty Global
Bern, 4.11.2020 - As part of the planned takeover of Sunrise by Liberty Global, the Federal Communications Commission (ComCom) has approved the commercial transfer of Sunrise’s current mobile radio licences. The licence conditions will continue to be fulfilled and the competition in the mobile communications market will not be adversely affected by this takeover.
