Art. 171 Licensing requirement
Any person who intends to release the following organisms for experimental purposes shall require a licence from the FOEN:
- a.
- genetically modified organisms;
- b.
- pathogenic organisms;
- c.
- alien small invertebrates that are intended for use in the environment and not as pets.
