Note: The goods listed as the Annex to the War Material Ordinance originate from the Munitions List (ML) in the Wassenaar Arrangement. The numbers allocated to the individual items correspond to those in the ML. Any goods that are not listed below, but which are contained in the ML are deemed to be special military goods and are subject to the provisions of the Goods Control Act of 13 December 1996 (SR 946.202).
