Art. 29 Amicable settlement
1 If the Secretariat considers that a restraint of competition is unlawful, it may propose an amicable settlement to the undertakings involved concerning ways to eliminate the restraint.
2 The amicable settlement shall be formulated in writing and approved by the Competition Commission.
