Art. 5 Correctness of the data
1 Anyone who processes personal data must make certain that it is correct. He must take all reasonable measures to ensure that data that is incorrect or incomplete in view of the purpose of its collection is either corrected or destroyed.1
2 Any data subject may request that incorrect data be corrected.
